If you wish to know if you will qualify for a loan, or want to know how much of a loan you would qualify for then please use the FREE Pre-Qualification form. Once you have decided on a home to purchase then at that time you will use the Credit Application.

HOW TO SUBMIT: You can simply click on the link and fill out the online forms as completely and correctly as possible and submit by clicking the submit button, or once completed save the file to your computer then email to ManufacturedHomeLoans@comcast.net attaching your saved file.
